The Pancake Pantry serves 23 scratch-made varieties of pancakes, fresh-cooked eggs and omelets, waffles, and even sandwiches and salads.
Kid’s Meal is available for kids 12 and under. Price includes drink at a reasonable price.
Parking behind The Pancake Pantry in Hillsboro Village is complimentary, but you MUST obtain and place a receipt on your dashboard. You may obtain a receipt from the machine at the entrance to the lot. Press 1 for 1.5 hours of complimentary parking. Breakfast and lunch are served daily. Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
